Job Vacancies

Junior / Senior Car Inspector

Responsible for examining motor vehicles to ensure vehicles operating on state highways meet all requirements established by the state’s department of motor vehicles. Must possess ezAuto Car Inspection certification approved by FMC. Follow ezAuto Car Inspection Standard strictly.

  • Performs vehicle inspections from various car manufacturers for minor/ major impact damages, vandalism, factory defects, restraint failure damages, accidents, weather related damages and damages incurred during the transportation process.
  • Document and code damages as they are found and provide damage verification codes for trucking companies prior to the vehicles being delivered to the car dealerships.
  • Able to complete inspections in demanding outdoor environments and fast paced, multi-organization facilities.
  • Responsible for quality of inspections, consistency of standards, performance of data transmission, and timeliness of inspections.
  • Ability to interpret and make analytical inspection decisions based on a defined set of guidelines applied to new vehicles. Inspections may occur on the grounds, or on board rail cars.
  • Damage Reports
  • Documents and records vehicle damages, utilizing a handheld computer and digital camera. Ability to identify physical auto damage; assist in conducting root-cause analysis of transportation related damage.
  • Renders routine oral and written reports of inspection results as required.

Junior / Senior Sales Executives

  • Organising sales visits
  • Demonstrating and presenting products
  • Establishing new business
  • Maintaining accurate records
  • Attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
  • Reviewing sales performance
  • Negotiating contracts and packages
  • Aiming to achieve monthly or annual targets.

Admin & Account Executives

  • Handle the general accounting related functions and ad-hoc duties assigned.
  • To handle full set accounts.
  • Preparing Bank Reconcilation.
  • Prepare monthly management accounts and analysis reports.
  • Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers on regulatory matters, and others if required.
  • To handle daily operation for sales admin dept.

Help Desk Support Executives

  • Responsible for Service desk Delivery
  • Call logging / follow ups/ closures for various incidents related to various applications and OS.
  • Call escalation for the issues which are not of user end.
  • Support for various departments
  • Call logging / Assigning / Follow ups for Network, Server, Applications, CRM, Outlook related issues.
  • EOD pending tickets reports.
  • Provide First Level Support over Message Delivery System (Telephone, email)

General Manager

Job scope and Responsibility

  • Set, monitor and report on team goals.
  • To oversee all product’s day-to day business operations
  • To provide leadership, direction, training and management of the operation and sales team
  • To devise short term to long term business plan to achieving business success and improve car sourcing and sales.
  • To Identify opportunities and risks for delivering the company’s products, including identification of competitive services, opportunities for innovation and assessment of marketplace and technical obstacles to achieving business success.
  • To lead strategic planning by identifying development initiatives and setting timetables for the evaluation, development, and deployment of products.
  • Ensure company’s brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts
  • Oversee the innovation and improvement of the products to suit partner and consumer needs.
  • To provide monthly performance evaluation and productivity of company result and giving presentation to board of director.
  • Establish strong internal and external networking with key stakeholders.
  • To carry out all other job duties and functions as may be determined at the sole and absolute discretion of the Company.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in Automotive industry required for this position.
  • Have a good connection / relationship with car industry pool will be a plus point.
  • Confident and self-driven to execute and manage tasks.
  • Proven knowledge of effective sales strategies and best practices
  • Substantial track record of exceeding sales quotas and goals
  • Enjoy working in a fast-phased organization.
  • Motivated, committed with excellent interpersonal & communication skills
  • Result oriented and able to work in a team as well as independently
  • Willing to travel and meet new car dealers
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
  • Possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.
