HR Admin Executive

Job scope and Responsibility

  • Responsible to check and generate monthly payroll report (including incentive, allowances, overtime, staff claim) end of the month and seek for management approval
  • Responsible for the entire office administration, stationary management, applying for office access and car park card etc.
  • Manage leave record and overall employees personnel information in employee files and payroll system
  • Support in handling the full spectrum of HR including compensation and benefits, recruitment, performance management and employee engagement
  • Responsible to generate and prepare timely submission of statutory contributions ofEPF, Socso and Income Tax
  • Assist necessary administration and documentation work
  • Assist to prepare of monthly management account
  • Other tasks deemed fit as when required from time to time

Requirements

  • Possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree/ Post Graduate Diploma/ Professional Degree in Finance/ Accountancy/ Banking/ Human Resources equivalent
  • At least 2 years of related working experience in related field
  • Experience in monthly payroll processing
  • Computer literate in Microsoft Office Application and Payroll System
  • Required language(s): Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English
  • Having knowledge in Kakitangan & Xero System is an advantage
